This is my favorite side dish EVER, I could eat this for days!!!!

Hashbrown Casserole

1 (2 lbs) pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns (I can't find the 2 lbs bag anymore so I just use the 26 oz. pkg. and it's works just fine)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
1 cube margarine or butter (melted)
1 16 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. onion flakes
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and put in a 9x13 baking dish.
Top with 2 c. cheese.
Mix 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs with 3 Tbsp. melted butter/marg. and sprinkle on top. (To save money I just buy a box of Smith's Kroger Value brand Corn Flakes for .99 instead of the already crumbed corn flakes for quite a bit more.)
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.
